Kenny "The Man Whisperer" | How To Communicate with Men | Ryan Nile Show

Kenny Marmarella D'Cruz aka 'The Man Whisperer' is a coach, consultant and guru of all things MEN... he has facilitated and inspired MenSpeak men’s groups all over the world.Kenny came from dramatic beginnings in Uganda: death threats, refugee camps, paternal abandonment, maternal enmeshment, childhood mental health issues, and racism. He moved to London and became a high-flying adrenaline junkie. Tight deadlines, extreme sports, anything that might distract him from the pain and emptiness he held deep within. He realised that in order to free himself, he had to own his shadows and release the depressed ‘pause buttons’ from the past that kept him stuck in the same old story. The tools and realisations Kenny got have helped men and women all over the world.Previously, Kenny worked in development in Fiji, co-ran a natural health centre in Sydney, worked with Mother Teresa in Calcutta whilst adventuring around the world. We had A LOT to discuss, including vulnerable moments of our own. I absolutely loved this conversation and we were both buzzing afterwards - listen to this and remember PLAY BIGGER THAN THE RULES!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ RATE THIS PODCAST⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐:https://ratethispodcast.com/ryannileshowYOU CAN HEAR THE FULL PODCAST ON THE GO HERE:🎧 SUBSCRIBE on Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/2Wlk56J🎙 SUBSCRIBE on Spotify: https://spoti.fi/2JuwH6u🎬 SUBSCRIBE on YouTube: https://bit.ly/ryannileshow🤝CONNECT WITH KENNY:http://instagram.com/themanwhispererhttp://twitter.com/KennyMDC_https://www.kennydcruz.com/about-me/About Mens Groups:A men’s group is a group of men, sitting in a circle, hanging out and getting real.We laugh, listen and grow together as we share our experiences, thoughts and feelings beyond our masks. We respectfully challenge one another to be better, more authentic men, without telling each other what to do or how to be. There is no pressure and it’s fine to say "Pass” when it’s your turn to speak.Life doesn't have to be bad to come to a men's group. We've been successfully growing - from the good, the bad and even the ugly - as individual men and as a community, since 2002.We are accepting, accountable and we want more out of life.We acknowledge who we’ve been and we test drive who we want to be, taking the best of ourselves out into the world.Join our next men's group at www.mensgroups.co.uk🤝FOLLOW RYAN:http://instagram.com/ryan.nile.showhttp://twitter.com/RyanNile💰SUPPORT: https://www.patreon.com/join/RyanNileShow🌍WEBSITE:http://nile.show

DO I HAVE DYSPRAXIA, ADHD.. DYSLEXIA? | Ryan Nile Show

So after 35 years on this earth, I found out I may have a condition called Dyspraxia, a developmental co-ordination disorder (DCD) which is a common disorder that affects your movement and co-ordination. Also symptoms of Dyslexia and ADHD, which I didn't know were symptoms! It actually makes so much sense now that I know what it is & heard others experiences.. struggling to complete sentences, foggy memory... coordination, balance, organisation, focus etc. This all falls under 'neurodivergence' - Neurodivergence includes Attention Deficit Disorders, Autism, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. It finally all makes sense... I am so glad to have found this out and did some research.. its actually improved things a little :) Thanks to all my twitter followers for being so helpful with this, helping me identify it and provide resources (below)I've edited this video less so you can hear what my natural cadence is when filming these vlogs & the podcastLet me know your experience & thoughts in the comments below!More information on Dyspraxia, ADHD & Dyslexia:https://dyspraxiafoundation.org.uk/http://dyspraxiafoundation.org.uk/dyspraxia-adults/https://www.facebook.com/DyspraxiaFoundationAdults/https://www.readandspell.com/dyspraxia-in-adultshttps://www.nhs.uk/conditions/developmental-coordination-disorder-dyspraxia-in-adults/https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/attention-deficit-hyperactivity-disorder-adhd/symptoms/https://www.qandadhd.com/diagnostic-criteriahttps://thefutureisnd.com/YOU CAN HEAR THE FULL PODCAST ON THE GO HERE:🎧 SUBSCRIBE on Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/2Wlk56J🎙 SUBSCRIBE on Spotify: https://spoti.fi/2JuwH6u🎬 SUBSCRIBE on YouTube: https://bit.ly/ryannileshow🤝FOLLOW:http://instagram.com/ryan.nile.showhttp://twitter.com/RyanNile💰SUPPORT:https://www.patreon.com/join/RyanNileShow🌍WEBSITE:http://nile.show
